“You are not broken. You are breaking through.”

What to Expect

Starting therapy can feel like a big step—and it’s completely normal to feel unsure about what to expect. My goal is to make the process feel welcoming, collaborative, and grounded in safety from the very beginning.

In our first few sessions, we’ll get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you in. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your story, your strengths, and the areas where you’re feeling stuck or seeking support. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace—there’s no pressure to have it all figured out.

Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all. I tailor our work to fit you, drawing from narrative therapy, parts-work, and psychodynamic approaches. We’ll explore patterns, relationships, emotions, and internal dynamics, all within a compassionate, nonjudgmental space.

Whether you're looking for relief, insight, or meaningful change, we’ll work together to help you move toward a deeper sense of self and a more grounded way of being in the world.

You don’t have to go it alone—this is a space for you to show up just as you are.
